Snapshot has brought a new way for customers to be rewarded for their good driving habits.
How does a customer get a discount?
A new business customer receives a participation discount when they sign up for Snapshot. Once the customer plugs in the device and begins driving, they are guaranteed this discount for their entire first term, and they can follow their driving data online. At renewal they’ll see their Snapshot results. Safer drivers will keep the participation discount at renewal, and may save even more. The customer unplugs the device and returns it to Progressive.
Is there a fee for enrolling in Snapshot?
There is no fee to enroll in Snapshot. However, the device needs to be returned. If a customer does not return the Snapshot device after finishing the driving period, we’ll send them multiple reminders.
