What? We are taking your customer service experience to the next level. This project will allow customers and agents to have a live conversation from any setting. Using your smartphone or computer, you can now talk and see a live agent through several different video chatting programs. You no longer need to make the trek out to the agency to talk with someone face to face! You can chat with us from the comfort of your own home about your insurance needs so we can help save you time and money!
