What is Pennsylvania Medicare?
Pennsylvania Medicare is a Health Insurance Program for people of age 65 or older. Also for people who are of age 65 and under, but have certain disabilities.
Medicare consists of two parts:
- Part A – This is refers to Hospital Insurance
- Part B – Again this consists of Medical Insurance
For part A of Pennsylvania’s Medicare plan, most Pennsylvania residents do not have to pay for it.
Pennsylvania’s Medicare Plans have many advantages that residence of the state of Pennsylvania can take advantage of. However, one of the most important advantages of this plan is besides the fact that it is extremely affordable, it is extremely customizable. You can add Medicare Prescription Drug Plan for drug coverage, among other options.
